Referral-based community : The Blossom is not an open-application property. Residency is coordinated through referral partnerships with local agencies and service providers supporting individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. This model is designed to support a smooth move-in process with clear expectations, responsive onsite support, and a community rooted in dignity, safety, and long-term housing stability.

Welcome Home Program: Many new residents arrive without basic household essentials. Through our Welcome Home Program, residents may receive everyday necessities to help them feel at home from day one, such as bedding, towels, and hygiene basics (based on program availability).
